Now Hiring - Internet Coordinator / Customer Service Support / BDC Sales Part/Full Time in Richmond, KY

Pay rate is $13.00 per hour + commission based upon appointments

Will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls).

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text, video)
• Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers
• Communicate effectively with customers, visitors, vendors and co-workers in a professional manner
• Manage all written, verbal and digital information in a confidential manner
• Receive training for professional development
• Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures
